If you are 55 years young and older and need two lines on your mobile plan, there is no other better plan out there than T-Mobile ONE Unlimited 55+ Plan!
What is it?
The T-Mobile ONE Unlimited 55+ plan gets your 2 lines with unlimited minutes, unlimited text messages and unlimited data for $60 – including all taxes.
As the plan states, you will have to be 55 years young or older AND sign up with auto-pay (which provides $5/line discount).
When does it start?
The plan starts tomorrow – August 9, 2017!
If I am eligible, does the plan start automatically?
No. You will have to visit a T-Mobile store or call 1-800-TMOBILE to set it up. T-Mobile will use the date of birth on record. If you are new and signing up with T-Mobile, you will need to present a government issued photo ID with your birthday.
Does the two people on the plan have to be over 55 years and older?
No. To get the 2 for $60 plan, only the primary account holder has to be eligible.
Do I need to sign up for 2 lines?
Yes. This plan is intended for 2 lines. If you only need 1 line or more than 2 lines, T-Mobile One is another option.
Is this plan eligible for Kickbacks?
No. If you use less than 2GB of data on your plan, you will not receive $10 Kickback. Other discounts to not apply to this plan as well.
Where can I sign up?
If you are currently not a T-Mobile member, head to your local store to sign up. Store Locator.
Are there any other fees?
For the cell phone plan, there are no other fees. All of the taxes are included in the plan. Remember you must be signed up with Auto-pay as well to get the 2 for $60 price.
However, if you currently do not have a T-Mobile smartphone or an unlocked GSM cell phone, you can finance your smartphone which will be included in your monthly bill over a 24 month period.
What an awesome plan! Thank you T-Mobile!
